Richard Ganley is a current Board member of the Barbara Parker Foundation, Inc. Mr. Ganley attended City College of New York and was a member of the R.O.T.C. He joined the U.S. Air Force and was assigned to the Air Defense Command. Subsequent to discharge from the service Mr. Ganley was employed by the Automobile Industry and held various management positions with several Automobile dealerships including a Fleet Management position where he supplied the transportation needs of various Police, Fire and Municipality departments. Mr. Ganley continued in the automotive profession and worked for Wells Fargo as a Leasing Director and JP Morgan Chase as a regional sales manager and strategic relationship manager. After retiring from JP Morgan, Mr. Ganley became involved with various aspects of support to his community schools and was elected as PTA President. He also volunteered his time as President of the Drama Booster Club of his local High School. Mr. Ganley currently volunteers with the Banner Baywood Hospital Group. To further continue his desire to serve his community, Mr. Ganley became a Board member of the Barbara Parker Foundation.
Willard Stamps Jr sits on the board of Barbara Parker Foundation, Inc. He is the newly appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr. Stamps with the help of other Board memebers will be expanding the foundation’s direction. The goal is to establish a 400 bed VA Project in at least two major cities. Mr. Stamps is a service connected disabled veteran who served in the US Naval Aviation Division. Born in Detroit, Michigan he worked for both Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corporation engineering divisions working on many projects introduced to the market. Mr. Stamps was involved with the founding members of Pension Professionals of America and Pension Professionals of US Virgin Islands. He came to Phoenix, Arizona January of 2011, and was promoted to Chairman of the Board of both companies. Currently, Mr. Stamps is the founder of AFARNAMAR, Inc. the VA Housing Project. He has dedicated his effort to assist in improving Veterans’ lives by teaching them how to fish instead of giving them fish sandwiches.
Mark Ganley sits on the Board of the Barbara Parker Foundation, Inc. Mr. Ganley has a business degree in management. In his younger years, he served in the U.S. Army and held a Top-Secret security clearance. In 2002, Mr. Ganley moved on to the Medical Transportation Industry, where he founded Dependable Medical Transport Services (DMTS), which he grew to the second largest Para-transport company in Arizona that Grossed more than 6 million annually. Mr. Ganley was responsible for all aspects of the business including the management of over 150 employees and over 75 Para-transport vehicles. Mr. Ganley is credited with pioneering many medical transportation industry enhancements such as the first non-emergency, use of a truly safe one-man stretcher, and The Match Track & Move system, a streamlined computer system that helped handle the routing and logistics of over 900 transports per day. Mr. Ganley left DMTS in 2009 and began working as a consultant to numerous small businesses. Although Mr. Ganley has always had a passion for helping others, in late 2013, after the death of his Mother, Barbara Langdon Ganley DeJonghe, he assisted in the creation of the Barbara Parker Foundation, and dedicated himself fulltime to following in his mother’s footsteps by helping others in need.
Cody Eaton is the President of JCB Trucking and is a founding member of the Barbara parker Foundation, Inc. Cody was born in Evanston, Wyoming and is a third generation Oilfield Rig Mover. He grew up on his Dad’s knee moving rigs in the Jonah-Field and in what little free time he had, riding bulls at the Rodeo. He was Pushing Trucks at 21 years old and could operate almost any piece of equipment by the time he was 24. In 2010, he took over the field operations from his Dad, and he has been in charge of more than 400 Rig moves during his young career. He has worked with and earned the respect of most of the major Oil Companies from the East Coast to the West Coast. He has the knowledge and experience of someone 3 times his age. If it says oilfield on it, Cody can get her done. He currently owns a home in Laveen, Arizona. In the summer of 2013, Cody lost his 22 month old son, Parker, to a drowning accident in Arizona. Since then he has made a commitment to drowning prevention and awareness in an effort to help others avoid suffering what his family is going through, thus, the Barbara Parker Foundation was born.
Annette Betancourt is a founding member of the Barbara Parker Foundation, Inc. She has a Masters Degree in accountancy from Grand Canyon University. Mrs. Betancourt has a solid background in the business industry. Mrs. Betancourt started out with Hanson Aggregates in 1984 and worked in numerous departments during a 20+ year career. Mrs. Betancourt has been an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service since 1996, and has 23 years’ experience as a Master Tax Preparer; with a loyal client base of over 300 satisfied customers. Mrs. Betancourt is the Treasurer and an owner of JCB Corp, and sits on their Board of Directors. Mrs. Betancourt has a passion for helping others, and is a licensed care giver in the State of Arizona. She will insure the integrity of the Foundation by instituting proper accounting and bookkeeping procedures, and will keep the Foundation in compliance with all Federal and State laws.

Jessica Lynn Curtis Eaton sits on the board of the Barbara Parker Foundation. Ms. Curtis currently holds a degree in nursing. She is the mother to three children including Parker who drowned last year. After facing this tragedy as a family, Jessica also assisted in the creation of the Barbara Parker Foundation. Jessica is now ready to raise awareness so that no other family will have to endure a drowning tragedy. Ms. Curtis has a deep passion for drowning prevention through awareness to children and their parents. Ms. Curtis volunteers at her daughter's school for numerous activities and is currently working with the Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona.
